Delivering 265 apartments over 29 levels in South Brisbane, this heritate listed development will also incorporate state-of-the-art sustainability principles, setting a new benchmark for residential rental accommodation. Designed by RotheLowman and currently under construction with ADCO, this BTR offering provides curated on-site amenities and communal spaces for residents that facilitate a sense of community, liveability and wellness.

Our recent collaboration with a leading QLD investment company on a proposed Social and Affordable Housing Project located in Brisbane’s North, exemplifies our commitment to unlocking more opportunities in the Social and Affordable Housing sector. Initially engaged to provide strategic advisory services for a QLD Government Funding Application, we embarked on a comprehensive project feasibility analysis. Our engagement was twofold: to evaluate the site's suitability for development and to align the site’s vision with the Queensland Government's Housing Investment Fund (HIF) in support of their National Housing Accord commitments.

At Bluebird, we specialise in working with Community Housing Providers (CHPs) to identify and realise development opportunities and transform them into vibrant communities. Bluebird were involved in a recent collaboration on a proposed 15 storey Social and Affordable Housing Project located in South Brisbane. Bluebird was engaged to provide strategic advisory and feasibility services for a funding application through the Queensland Government's Housing Investment Fund (HIF).
