530 lot master planned community to be delivered over 13 stages. It features two urban designed parks, tree-lined streets, and Toowoomba’s first full-scale Display Village.

Lilybrook, Greenbank
Local Builder

200 lot masterplanned community, with an end value of $50 million. Partnering with a local builder this estate will deliver high quality, turn-key homes set in a pristine natural environment.

Riverbend, Jimboomba


Celestino’s 550-hectare Riverbend Project in Jimboomba. The future Riverbend community, located on the Logan River in Jimboomba, is being expertly masterplanned to include up to 8,000 dwellings, a new town centre, new schools and a range of parklands, community centres and sporting facilities.

The Paint Factory, Yeronga AHMM

180 apartments and the revitalization of existing factory buildings, with a mix of internal and external gallery spaces, performance stages and studios, and architectural homes.

Beenleigh RSL & Mt Warren Golf Course

Mount Warren Park, is a testament to our dedication. Bluebird was engaged to undertake strategic development advisory services to unlock the highest and best use potential of this site. This presented the opportunity to create a distinctive community seamlessly integrated with the respected Beenleigh RSL Golf Club.

Moreton Bay Regional Council - Caboolture Project

Spanning just under 28 hectares, this substantial site presented a unique opportunity to co-locate essential community facilities in Caboolture alongside social and affordable housing. Our goal was to explore the potential of delivering these housing solutions through registered Community Housing Providers while considering potential partnerships with private sector developers.
