Absorbent Minds Montessori Early Education Centre is NOW OPEN! Bluebird has thoroughly enjoyed working on this project and watching it come to fruition!
As the Financier’s Representative, Bluebird worked on behalf of the lender, keeping a watchful eye on progress to ensure the development hit key milestones. We offered piece of mind throughout the formal monthly project reviews, input into strategic decisions, analysis of the risks and opportunities, review of the builder’s performance, and monitoring of project budgets. We were available 24/7 as a conduit between the financier and the developer.
