Arklife, South Brisbane

“Arklife Cordelia continues to take shape in South Brisbane, with the structure recently reaching level three. Once complete in mid-2024, Arklife Cordelia will offer aspirational amenities, including a private dining room, wine room, work-from-home zones and green space in the central Sky Garden, as well as an incredible rooftop featuring a pool, resident lounge and games room. Our time lapse camera captured the last 90 days of construction as we progressed further up the structure.”

Bluebird is proud to be supporting the highly qualified Arklife development team by providing additional project resources on their second apartment building, Cordelia in South Brisbane.

Early Learning Centre, Geebung

Geebung Early Learning is making great progress as we enter the final stages of construction. The internal painting and vinyl work are almost complete, and we're thrilled with how the feature timber gables on the gatehouse and building entrance are looking against the beautiful stone cladding. The team is hard at work bringing the playscape areas to life, and we can't wait to see these spaces once construction is finished.
