Exciting news! We're thrilled to announce the nearing completion of the AVID Property Group Sphere Garden Terraces - a multi-staged collection of 74 townhouse residences located within the master-planned Sphere development at Southport.

Despite the ups and downs of the SEQ property and construction market, we're proud to have worked with the AVID team over the past 24 months to provide integrated Development and Project Management Services for this successful project. Our teams have worked collaboratively through thick and thin with the best of the Design, Construction, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Legal teams to bring this wonderful community to life.

Having taken a unique and innovative approach to this development from the outset, AVID originally consulted with the existing body corporate structure of Sphere to refine the plans for Sphere Garden Terraces. AVID’s goal was to create a collection of residences that meet the current market needs, deliver an urban design that complements the existing built form, and establish a connection with the Sphere community.

Hard work has paid off, resulting in a high-quality development comprising contemporary two-level terrace homes that have been met with extremely positive market acceptance. The last stage sold out three months before construction began!

We're especially proud to share that Sphere Garden Terraces has achieved an average 7.5-star rating throughout the development process, with the construction team succeeding in diverting over 2,000 cubic meters of construction waste from landfill.
