Bluebird is currently working alongside a number of private developers to deliver a range of residential, mixed-use and commercial projects in South-East Queensland, including service stations, childcare centres and retail precincts. Below is a selection of commercial projects we’ve been involved with.
Commercial Rd, Newstead
Private Developer
Designed by Sparc, this project features a noticeable unique brick facade fronting Commercial Road. This is a nod to the architectural vernacular of the brick warehouses and industrial character of the Newstead area.
Childcare Centre, Sunnybank
CW Corp
Construction of a 773sqm two storey centre that will ultimately cater for more than 100 children. We are acting as DM/PM, providing an end-to-end service for our client.
Absorbent Minds, Burpengary
Private Developer
Burpengary based childcare centre which will have the capacity for 141 children. We are acting as Financier’s Representative, ensuring the investment stays on track.
Early Learning Centre, Geebung
Private Developer
This brand-new centre will be perfectly located adjacent to Geebung State School and near St Kevin’s Catholic Primary School. It will accommodate 112 children and will open its doors in 2022.
Service Station, Traveston Private Developer
Service station and retail with an end value of $20 million. The centre will be managed by Chevron and it will be home to major retail tenants, including McDonalds and Beefys.
