87 townhouses with an end value of $40 million. Being delivered over three stages, the site has been very successful with investors and owner occupiers.
Calla, West End
Private Developer
11 terrace homes and 4 luxury apartments with an end value of $20 million. Located in trendy West End, this project focussed on quality design and the owner-occupier market.
Ashgrove Avenue, Ashgrove
Private Developer
Construction of 2 new homes, plus a house renovation, with an end value of $2 million. The project was rented after completion and held as a long-term investment.
Luciana, St Lucia
CW Corp
A boutique collection of 11 luxury townhomes, positioned a top the undulating hillsides of St Lucia. The 3 and 4 bedroom homes also incorporate private rooftop terraces.
